We deliver across the UK and Ireland within 2-7 business days. We will always have your order with you as soon as possible.

** Working days are Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Fast orders placed on a Sunday will be delivered in 2-3 working days.
 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

– A signature is not required for UK deliveries. You can request for your parcel to be left with your neighbour or in a safe place.

– We are unable to deliver on public holidays, any orders placed on a public holiday will be dispatched the following working day.

– The free threshold is only available for tangible goods, if a gift card is purchased with your order, this will not contribute to the free shipping threshold.

RETURNS and REFUND

At Little Bamby, we take great care in crafting and packaging every item, and we hope you absolutely love your order. However, we completely understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned — and that’s okay! We want your shopping experience to be stress-free, so our team is here to help with any return or refund questions you may have. 💛

HOW TO START A RETURN

  • If you’d like to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing hello@littlebamby.com.
  • Once you get in touch, our friendly customer care team will reply within 1–2 working days with simple instructions on how to send your item back. Please include your order number, the reason for return, and (if applicable) a photo of the product.

Please note that any returns sent without prior communication may take longer to process, so we highly recommend reaching out before sending your parcel.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

To ensure we can process your return smoothly, please make sure that:

  • Items are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Items show no signs of wear, stains, or damage.

  • Personalized or custom-made items (including engraved names or initials) cannot be returned, unless the item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

  • If you received a faulty or wrong product, please attach a clear photo when emailing us — we’ll fix it right away at no cost to you.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the return is due to our mistake.

REFUNDS

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
    Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days, and funds will be credited to your original payment method.


Please note that bank processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

If your returned item does not meet the return conditions (e.g. shows signs of use or damage), a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.


EXCHANGES

  • We currently don’t offer direct exchanges.
    If you’d like to order a different product or color, we kindly ask you to place a new order once your refund has been completed.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or not as described, please email us at hello@littlebamby.com within 7 days of receiving it. Attach a clear photo showing the issue, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible — whether that means sending a replacement or providing a full refund.
